At Acclaim, we provide skilled healthcare services to individuals and families in their home, home-like setting or in a community. This includes short term and long term services that may substitute for institutional care. The services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Services Home Health Aides for Personal Care and light housekeeping; and Speech and Language Therapy.
